CHICAGO – Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it has advised private equity fund Wind Point Partners on its acquisition of Envera Systems, LLC, a leading provider of automated and software-enabled security, visitor management, access control and remote video monitoring solutions for community associations.
Wind Point Partners is a private equity firm focused on growth capital investments and leveraged buyouts in middle-market companies.
