Global law firm Reed Smith has represented Tico Capital Partners and 7 Seas Capital in the joint acquisition of Precision Piping Products, LLC. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
Headquartered in Houston, Precision Piping Products is a specialized manufacturer and supplier of protective and preservation products for pipe flanges and critical assets, serving industries including oil and gas, aerospace, power generation, atomic propulsion, and mining and minerals.
The Reed Smith deal team was led by private equity partners Christopher Maxwell and Elliot Franklin.
