Camille serves as outside counsel for one of the world’s largest data center operators, closing industry-defining deals across the United States and shaping the market for data center transactions. Her data center experience spans leasing (single building & campus), acquisitions (single asset & portfolio), development (including zoning, entitlements, and utility infrastructure), and financing (both institutional and private equity) for both global hyperscalers and bitcoin mining companies.
Outside her data center work, Camille advises her clients on a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, mortgage and mezzanine financings, joint venture formations, and development projects. Her experience covers commercial real estate across all asset classes, including multi-family, mixed-use, office, hospitality, and casinos. Leveraging deep industry knowledge and a multidisciplinary approach, she helps clients navigate complex transactions and achieve their business objectives.
Camille’s clients include key market participants such as global hyperscalers, bitcoin mining companies, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), private equity firms, institutional lenders, private investors, public companies, real estate developers, and Native American tribes.
She is licensed in California, Texas, Colorado, and Alaska and also has extensive real estate experience in Nevada, Virginia, and Florida.
