Anne is a member of the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes Group; her practice currently focuses on a wide array of commercial litigation matters, including financial services litigation, contract disputes, business torts, class actions, and mass torts. Anne has experience defending clients in large complex matters in state and federal court, including putative nationwide class actions and other complex matters brought under the Sherman Act, Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank’s anti-retaliation provisions, the civil RICO statute, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Anne also represents the firm’s clients in government and internal investigations related to the False Claims Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. She has engaged in all phases of pre-trial and trial practice, including drafting pleadings, coordinating discovery, taking depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing expert and fact witnesses for trial.
