John's primary emphasis is on patent infringement litigation, including PTAB proceedings. He has served as lead counsel in numerous patent infringement lawsuits involving computer software and hardware, graphical user interfaces, 3-D graphics, semiconductors, operating systems, wireless and wired networks, optoelectronic transceivers, educational toys and medical imaging technology. John has also litigated copyright, trademark and trade secret disputes, as well as software licenses and development agreements.
