Mac is dual-qualified (England and Wales, and Australia) and advises clients on financings through all levels of the capital structure of a company or fund.

Mac’s experience includes acting for borrowers, sponsors and lenders on a broad range of domestic and cross-border debt finance transactions, focusing on fund finance (including net asset value (NAV) facilities and subscription line facilities, as well as hybrid, end-of-life and GP support facilities), acquisition finance, project finance, general corporate lending, restructuring and other bespoke financings. He has particular expertise in financings utilising multiple levels of capital structures, and financings of energy related assets.
