His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and other private securities offerings, private equity transactions, and general corporate counseling. Kyle has represented acquirers, target companies, investors and issuers in a variety of industries. Kyle also has significant experience advising clients on private investment fund matters.
