Her practice has a particular focus on LNG, representing clients across the LNG chain globally, from the development of LNG import and export projects to LNG transportation, sales, and trading. Nina also has extensive experience advising on energy and infrastructure projects, upstream joint ventures, unitisation, M&A, and other energy-related corporate transactions across various jurisdictions and continents.

Represented German LNG Terminal GmbH (a JV between Gasunie, RWE and KfW) on the development and operation of a large-scale LNG onshore import terminal in Germany, to be located near Hamburg.
Represented Eemsenergy Terminal B.V. (a JV between Gasunie and Vopak) on all aspects of the development and operation of the first floating LNG import terminal in the Netherlands, including capacity agreements and time charters.
Represented the lenders on the expansion of the Gate LNG import terminal in the Netherlands.

Advised Gail of India on multiple disputes under LNG MSPAs.
Represented Santos Ltd in connection with the Gladstone LNG Project in Queensland, Australia — the world's largest project converting coal-seam gas to LNG.
Represented exploration and production company in all aspects of proposed LNG export project in Cyprus, including on project structuring, host government support, joint venture arrangements, LNG marketing and a number of EU competition law issues.
Represented oil company on unitization of its gas resources in Mauritania and Senegal.
Represented multinational energy corporation in Venezuela on cross-border unitization between Venezuela and Trinidad and Tobago.
Represented of Gate Terminal BV in commissioning of the Gate LNG import terminal in the Netherlands.
Represented trading company in disposal of its UK subsidiary which owned a portfolio of assets in the UK North Sea, including in relation to residual decommissioning liability.
