Marc is a partner in the firm’s Paris office and advises on all aspects of EU and French competition law, with a particular focus on investigations before the EU Commission and national regulators. He has brought and defended a number of cases based on competition and wider EU, public, and regulatory law issues before French and EU courts, and has been involved in leading cases in the health care, betting and gaming, film, and tourism sectors, dealing with abuse of market power, licensing arrangements, cartels, follow-on claims for damages, consumer protection, and regulatory issues. Marc also advises on complex contractual arrangements regarding marketing and distribution networks and matters concerning merger clearance.
