Dan is a senior paralegal in the Life Sciences & Health Industry Group focusing on mass tort pharmaceutical and medical matters. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to, drafting and/or answering discovery documents, conducting legal research using Westlaw and Lexis, assisting with development of case strategy to include analysis of client materials and document productions, and making recommendations and directing implementation of case management strategy. He has extensive trial preparation and trial support experience. He is proficient in the use of litigation support software programs such as Summation, Concordance, Relativity and Trial Director. Dan coordinated and supervised numerous document collections and reviews including an over twenty million page document review in a cost effective and expedited manner.
