Raquel is a senior paralegal in the Business & Finance Group focusing on Commercial Real Estate matters. She is also a registered attorney in the Republic of Panama since 1992. She is experienced in performing due diligence related to mergers and the acquisition, refinancing and leasing of commercial real estate properties. She is skilled with virtual data room’s management and assisting attorneys and clients at a diplomatic level, with cross-border transactions with Latin America. She is part of the firm’s Latin America Business Team. Raquel is also experienced in general corporate housekeeping matters, included, but not limited to incorporations, qualifications, dissolutions and UCC filings.
