Dana is a staff attorney in the Financial Industry Group. With over twenty years of civil litigation experience, Dana focuses her practice on defending financial services companies in both trial and appellate matters, with particular emphasis on mortgage-related litigation. Typical claims involve allegations of fraud, violations of unfair trade practices and consumer protection laws, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Truth in Lending Act, and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. Her work includes all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery and dispositive motions, pretrial preparation, trial, and appeals. Dana also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, particularly JAMS and AAA arbitrations, defending creditors against claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
