Bonnie is a paralegal in the commercial litigation team. She is very experienced and familiar with the work of the litigation department. She provides legal support on preparation of court documents, winding up and bankruptcy applications, handling of documents and preparation of cases for trial, she also assists in discovery, research, as well as attending court on applications where she has right of audience. By way of example, on all winding up applications, Bonnie attends before the Master to seek a Registrar’s Certificate from the Master satisfying the Court on compliance with the rules and procedural steps. On all taxations, she works with law costs draftsman in preparing for taxation.  On cases where a formal taxation is not required, Bonnie prepares statement of costs for submission to the Court for a summary assessment. She has recently also been attending to requests from our other offices on data privacy matters, like retention periods applicable for different documents.
