Megan is a Practice Group Specialist in the Insurance Recovery Group, focusing on litigation and insurance-related matters, such as fidelity bonds and insurance coverage. She provides a supportive role in all aspects of litigation, including file management and organization. She assists with the collection and organization of documents for review and production; prepares hearings and/or trial binders; creates organizational spreadsheets; handles electronic case filings for attorneys; and performs other miscellaneous tasks. Megan is proficient in retrieving information and research using the PACER system as well as skilled in preparing various documents for court hearings and filings. In addition, Megan maintains strong communication with clients and provides timely status updates to the team.
