Karen is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office and a member of the Global Commercial Disputes Group. She handles a wide variety of litigation matters involving commercial and business disputes in state and federal court, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums, including JAMS and AAA. Karen has worked on a variety of diverse matters, including a wide range of commercial disputes relating to breach of contract, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), healthcare claim pricing, bad faith, product liability defense, and debt collection litigation related to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act claims.
