Tom is a senior paralegal in the Global Commercial Disputes Group and is responsible for paralegal assistance for a number of commercial and construction litigation matters. He is also responsible for all phases of discovery and trial preparation and support, and has experience as the lead paralegal on a number of bench and jury trials at the federal and state court levels in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
