Jesse works with clients to prepare their estate plan exactly how they would like while taking advantage of opportunities to minimize tax liability. Using this information, he drafts wills that implement tax effective strategies along with other estate planning documents. These include trust agreements, declarations of trust, and estate tax returns, among others.
