He regularly counsels clients on a broad spectrum of commercial real estate matters, ranging from complex sale-leaseback transactions to large equity/debt financed acquisitions to the structuring and formation of joint ventures and partnerships. He frequently works on transactions involving both traditional senior financing and alternative financing arrangements (such as preferred equity and mezzanine debt).
