Aryeh has developed a unique skillset in advising preferred equity real estate investors. He has worked on scores of such transactions over his career.
Aryeh’s clients include a variety of institutional investors and lenders, including public real estate investment trusts (REITs) and several private equity funds, who invest in a wide range of asset classes (such as healthcare facilities, industrial facilities, shopping centers, daycares, restaurants, and multi-family and mixed-use projects). He has significant experience working on ground-up development projects and negotiating sophisticated leases.
Outside of the law, Aryeh devotes much of his free time to his family, including his wife (currently a medical resident) and his young daughter. He also serves on the board of his local synagogue and is a member of Philadelphia’s JFRE (Jewish Federation Real Estate).
