The team operates on an integrated basis with project finance lawyers in our offices in the United States, London, Paris, the Middle East and Singapore. The type of project financings we have been involved with combine construction, operation, maintenance, management and permanent financing of the project. Many of these financings have also involved interest rate swaps and other derivative transactions, limited parent guarantees, mezzanine and subordinate debt, and various other types of credit support.
