NEW YORK (May 2, 2017) Global law firm Reed Smith LLP represented L’Oréal USA, the largest subsidiary of L’Oréal, the world’s leading beauty company, in its acquisition of key assets from Four Star Salon Services, a full-service wholesale distributor. The acquisition will provide SalonCentric, L’Oréal USA’s professional salon distribution operation, with expanded distribution coverage of salon professional products in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
