Nine Texas-based lawyers at three Reed Smith offices were featured in Super Lawyers’ list of Texas Super Lawyers, the publisher announced today. This year’s class illustrates the firm’s strength in business transactions and litigation, as well as in tax and insurance-related matters. This year’s list marks the 20th time appellate partner Alan York has been recognized by Super Lawyers; and it marks the 19th time energy and natural resources partner Kenneth Broughton has been selected.

Here's the full list of recognized lawyers:

In May 2019, Reed Smith opened its Dallas office, with strength in financial services, commercial disputes, corporate/securities, and energy and natural resources. The firm opened its Austin office in 2018, adding depth to its life sciences and health care practices. Most recently, the firm on Sept. 12 announced plans to relocate its Houston office to the newly updated LyondellBasell Tower.
