Associate Miriam Bandera discusses how the authentically inclusive culture at Reed Smith has allowed her to thrive as a young Black lawyer. Things have “come full circle,” says Miriam, who now serves as a mentor and support to talented Black students as they enter the corporate law sphere – on similar programs to the one she participated in as an up-and-coming lawyer.
