The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) is at a pivotal point in its history. After a challenging few years, marked by several high-profile difficulties, the agency now has a new director committed to a different approach. In April 2024, the SFO unveiled its five-year strategy for 2024 to 2029, along with a Business Plan (collectively referred to as the Strategy). This Strategy outlines the agency’s high-level aspirations values, and approach for the next five years.
