Ana María is a member of the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes team and works on various commercial litigation and arbitration matters. She represents and advises clients in a range of domestic and cross-border commercial and fraud disputes brought in state and federal courts, including issues of jurisdiction, forum non conveniens, and enforcement of challenged arbitration clauses.
