Geraint is an associate in the Global Commercial Disputes group. His practice includes complex commercial and banking disputes both in courts and in arbitration. He has experience acting for funds, banks, brokers and other clients in the finance sector, as well as for a wide range of other commercial entities.
He has experience helping clients navigate complex legal issues, with recent highlights including disputes in supply contracts, shareholder agreements, fraud and unjust enrichment, negligence and sophisticated debt claims.
Geraint engages in a broad range of pro bono work, including supervising students at a university law centre and advising charities on contractual disputes.
