Elizabeth is a litigation and innovation associate in our San Francisco office. Elizabeth has experience conducting legal research, analyzing discovery, and drafting motions and briefs. Elizabeth also works to improve process and technology within the firm to help deliver clients better and more efficient legal services.
Elizabeth has represented clients in general litigation matters, criminal proceedings, and insurance recovery. Elizabeth is skilled in legal research and analysis. Recently, Elizabeth has followed and examined court decisions concerning COVID-19 in order to provide clients with optimal filing decisions.
Elizabeth is active in the firm’s pro bono practice. She is currently using her analytical skills to craft argument distinctions for an appeal for a federal inmate in the Ninth Circuit.
While in law school, Elizabeth improved her research and writing skills by participating in her school’s law review and competing in a national moot court competition. Before law school, Elizabeth studied the science of decision making through data and technology, a skill that she applies to her innovation efforts.
