Doug is the global chair of Reed Smith’s Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Senior Management Team. He leads a team of 750 plus attorneys who handle complex commercial disputes and regulatory proceedings across the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.  His own practice involves all areas of civil litigation, including complex insurance coverage disputes, asbestos property damage and other products liability cases, intellectual property litigation, trade secret / restrictive covenant disputes and general commercial disputes.
