Jessica is an associate in the Life Sciences Health Industry Group where she assists with litigation, regulatory compliance, and government investigation matters.

Jessica’s practice primarily focuses on matters related to federal and state false claims acts, consumer fraud statutes, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other fraud and abuse issues in the healthcare space. Jessica has worked with clients that include pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and hospital systems, academic medical and research centers, medical device manufacturers, and other health care providers.
