Chris’ practice covers the complete life cycle of a construction project, including, but not limited to: assisting and advising on bid process and bid submissions; drafting, amending and negotiating project and construction agreements; project counsel including advising on contractual interpretation, key correspondence, claims, strategy and final accounts; and, the management and resolution of formal disputes including arbitration, adjudication, expert determination and litigation.

During his time in the Middle East, Chris has been seconded to clients twice, including: eight months to an American international engineering firm; and six months at one of the UAE’s largest property developers.
