Zachary is a senior associate in the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes group in the New York office. As an experienced litigator, Zachary represents multinational companies in high-stakes business disputes covering a diverse range of subjects in federal and state courts. He has substantial experience representing clients in complex contract disputes, arbitrations and arbitration-related litigation, internal investigations, appellate proceedings, and foreclosure actions. Zachary’s responsibilities include drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, developing case strategy, working directly with and advising clients, and managing all stages of discovery.
