Zachary is an associate in the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes group in the New York office. As an experienced litigator, Zachary represents multinational companies in complex, high-stakes business disputes in federal and state courts and has substantial experience conducting internal investigations and participating in the litigation components of bankruptcy proceedings. He maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on immigration cases. Additionally, Zachary is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law, where he teaches first-year legal writing.
