Kelly Kearney is an associate in our Life Sciences & Health Industry group and focuses her practice on compounding pharmacy regulation and litigation. Kelly works extensively on matters involving government investigations, inspections and audits, FDA Form 483’s, FDA Warning Letters, drug and product recalls, advertising and promotion, and statutory interpretation. Kelly advises businesses and individuals on various FDA, state and regulatory, and litigation matters. Kelly has significant experience in medical malpractice defense litigation, including trial preparation, depositions, and motion practice.
