Kelly focuses her practice in health care and life sciences law to provide strategic and regulatory advice to a diverse client base. She focuses her practice on helping health care platforms, drug distributors, retail and compounding pharmacies, and outsourcing facilities, among others, navigate the complex and ever-evolving FDA, DEA, and state regulations that govern their operations and transactions.
As part of her practice, Kelly advises clients on matters such as advertising and promotion, mergers and acquisitions, contract agreements, due diligence, changes in ownership, regulatory approvals, and inspections and investigations. She also regularly counsels clients on telehealth compliance and other drug supply chain security matters. Finally, Kelly has an active pro bono practice focusing on assisting clients affected by civil rights violations.
While in law school, Kelly held the positions of Executive Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal and Publicity Director on the Moot Court Executive Board. She was a James B. Carey Scholar for Excellence in Advocacy and a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing I and II. Kelly also clerked for the Honorable Judge Ronald F. Bartkowicz in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County.
