Kelly Kearney is an associate in our Life Sciences Health Industry group and focuses her practice on compounding pharmacy regulation and litigation. Kelly provides strategic legal advice to businesses and individuals for compliance, transactional, and litigation matters. These types of matters include FDA, DEA, state, and federal compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Kelly has extensive experience representing clients throughout contract reviews, acquisitions, government investigations, inspections and audits, FDA Form 483’s, FDA Warning Letters, drug and product recalls, and hearings before state and federal regulators, and she also regularly counsels clients on telehealth compliance, supply chain security issues, and advertising and promotion issues. Finally, Kelly has an active pro bono practice focusing on assisting clients affected by sexual exploitation, domestic violence, and civil rights violations.
