Katie is an associate in the Pittsburgh office and a member of the firm’s Global Corporate Group. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and general corporate matters for public and privately-held businesses.
While in law school, Katie was a Teaching Assistant for Torts, Constitutional Law, Contracts, Civil Procedure and Legal Research & Writing. She also served as the Lead Executive Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and a Research Assistant to Professor Ann Sinsheimer. Additionally, Katie was a Summer Associate at the firm, as well as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Christy Criswell Wiegand of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to attending law school, Katie spent four years in financial services in New York City, with experience in audit and assurance, as well as corporate treasury.
