Michael has over 20 years of commercial litigation experience representing clients before trial courts and arbitration panels in high-stakes disputes, and has tried numerous cases in court and in arbitration.  A member of the Global Commercial Disputes Group, Michael handles matters involving, among other things, trade secrets and employee restrictive covenants, trusts and estates, shareholder disputes, class actions, securities, banking, contracts, and real estate. A significant portion of Michael’s practice centers on disputes relating to trade secrets and restrictive covenants, including non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality provisions. Michael regularly represents clients in emergency hearings that arise as a result of these disputes and has deep experience working with computer forensic experts in cases involving claims of data theft.
