Alex is a member of Reed Smith’s Global Commercial Disputes group and concentrates his practice on business litigation of all types. Alex is experienced in contract and lease disputes, trade secret and non-competition claims, property and business torts, banking matters, class action defense, unfair and deceptive trade practices claims, shareholder and corporate disputes, regulatory proceedings, and requests for expedited injunctive relief.
Alex participates in all phases of trial and appellate litigation before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitral tribunals. Alex briefs and argues dispositive and other complex matters, takes and defends depositions, and prepares witnesses for evidentiary hearings and trial.
Alex represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, financial services, energy, healthcare, professional services, insurance, logistics, and agriculture.
