Natsayi is a partner in the firm’s Financial Industry Group, with experience litigating complex commercial matters. Through her practice, she represents a wide array of national banks and financial institutions in New York state and federal courts. She has particular experience litigating matters related to lender liability, consumer fraud and violations of federal and state consumer protection statutes and regulations, including the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Natsayi is experienced in handling various aspects of litigation in state and federal courts, including at the trial and appellate levels. Natsayi has handled all stages of litigation ranging from developing legal strategy, initial pleadings, to discovery (i.e., drafting demands, engaging in motion practice, and taking and defending depositions), to dispositive motions, to trial, to appellate briefing and oral argument.
Natsayi is also committed to issues of diversity in the industry and in the community, and currently serves as the Associate Chair of the New York Office Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. She is also on the leadership team of the New York office’s Women’s Initiative Network committee.
