Mariah is an associate in the Labor & Employment Group. Her practice has three general components. On the litigation front, Mariah handles employment litigation in federal and state courts, and before federal, state, and local administrative agencies (including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. National Labor Relations Board, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission). In addition to defense of employment discrimination and wage/hour claims, Mariah maintains a busy litigation practice involving all manner of contractual disputes, restrictive covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets, breaches of fiduciary duty, conversion, violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and unfair competition. Mariah is skilled in the prosecution and defense of such claims, including in the context of preliminary injunctions.
