Guy is counsel in the Global Corporate Group. Guy advises institutional investors – pension funds, endowments, private foundations, family offices and outsourced chief investment offices (OCIOs) – with respect to their portfolio investments. In particular, he negotiates the terms on which his institutional investor clients invest with external managers and private funds. Guy also represents investment managers with respect to operations, financing, and portfolio transactions.
Guy has more than 30 years of experience advising clients in the U.S. and overseas on fund investments, and corporate, project and asset financing matters, representing private and public sector entities in connection with debt and equity financings, private placements, restructurings, stock and asset sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, outsourcing agreements, and the privatization, construction, and financing of key infrastructure projects.
Guy received his J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. from State University of New York, College at Cortland.
