Joshua joined Reed Smith in 2015 and is a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation Group.  His practice includes representing commercial clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal court, and focuses on litigation and disputes in the financial services, pharmaceutical and entertainment industries.  His varied practice also includes representing clients in class actions, mass torts, consumer and contracts disputes.  Joshua’s practice involves work in all stages of pre-trial and trial practice, including:  pre-litigation investigations and negotiations; drafting dispositive, discovery and pre-trial briefs; managing document productions and discovery efforts; conducting and defending depositions; and preparing cases and witnesses for trial, arbitration and mediation.
