Michael has been with Reed Smith since 1990. He is a widely experienced practitioner, who has worked in both London and Hong Kong. His Hong Kong practice is predominantly ‘issuer side’, advising locally-listed companies on transactions, typically with a China or South East Asia element, across a broad range of industries. He is particularly experienced in initial public offerings, secondary issues of equity and debt, takeovers, M&A transactions and corporate restructurings.
