Nick is an associate in Reed Smith’s Complex Litigation Group. He has experience litigating matters involving contractual disputes, business torts, class actions, corporate governance, corporate control, contested mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary duties, and statutory rights. Nick has represented some of the world’s largest companies, their officers and directors in various courts, including the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court. He has participated in all phases of pre-trial and trial practice including drafting pleadings, briefs and motions, managing discovery, defending depositions, and preparing witnesses to testify. Nick is admitted to practice in Delaware only (he is not admitted to practice in Pennsylvania).
