Nick is an associate in Reed Smith’s Complex Litigation Group. He has experience litigating matters involving contractual disputes, business torts, employment, restrictive covenants, class actions, corporate governance, corporate control, contested mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary duties, and statutory rights. Nick has represented some of the world’s largest companies, their officers and directors in state and federal courts nationwide. He has participated in all phases of pre-trial and trial practice including drafting pleadings, briefs and motions, managing discovery, defending depositions, and preparing witnesses to testify.
