Adam focuses his practice on safety and health compliance, as well as litigation related to the Occupational Safety and Health Act. He also routinely counsels clients and litigates restrictive covenant matters in federal and state courts. Additionally, Adam provides counseling and handles litigation arising under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and whistleblower retaliation claims under Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank.
