The focus of his work is on collective employment law issues, like negotiating and drafting balance of interest agreements and social plans related to business restructurings or reductions in force and conducting works council negotiations on day-to-day matters like working time, compensation plans or the implementation of IT systems.
Additionally, he provides advice on all employment related issues such as the conclusion and amendment of employment contracts, the issuing of notices of termination and general compensation issues. He often represents clients in legal proceedings regarding protection against unfair dismissal at labor courts all over Germany.
