Russell’s experience includes litigation in numerous state and federal courts as well as arbitration. He has litigated multiple arbitrations all the way through merits hearings, including examining and cross-examining fact and expert witnesses, and has conducted successful arguments before both trial and appellate courts.
Russell has experience with claims under CGL, property, D&O, EPL, cyber, rep and warranty, fidelity bond, and aviation policies. He has published articles and blog posts on trends and developments in insurance law and has presented to risk managers on maximizing protection and recovery under their insurance policies.
