Victoria focuses her practice on government investigations and related litigation, as well as on broader regulatory and compliance matters in the life sciences and health care space. She represents a diverse range of industry clients, including hospitals and health care systems; post-acute care service providers; distribution, digital health, biotechnology, and medical technology companies; and private equity firms investing in the health industry.
She provides a broad spectrum of legal services, with a concentration on False Claims Act and qui tam case defense, FDA compliance, and health care pricing and reimbursement issues. Her practice includes on a focus on conducting detailed billing audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Before joining Reed Smith, Victoria gained valuable experience as a legal intern for an oil and gas company and for an automotive leasing company. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Tiffany Haertling in the 442nd District Court.
Beyond her professional practice, Victoria is deeply committed to pro bono work, dedicating her time to death row cases, anti-defamation efforts, and anti-hate initiatives.
