Justin is a partner in the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources Group and focuses his practice on all aspects of oil and gas law, representing energy clients on a range of litigation issues relating to the production of natural gas throughout the Appalachian region. Justin represents natural gas companies in Pennsylvania and Ohio courts and in arbitrations on lease disputes, royalty class actions, contractor and services provider disputes, and employee and contractor well-site injury disputes. In addition, Justin provides counseling to exploration and production companies regarding the management of lease assets and development issues. Justin also represents pipeline companies and natural gas storage operators in encroachment disputes and condemnation litigation in both federal and state courts.
