On Thursday 9 March our Financial Regulatory team will be hosting an evening seminar, looking into the key changes for Private Equity firms under MiFID II.

Less than a year is now available to get ready for implementation of another major Directive. It is not very long – particularly now the FCA has made it clear that, notwithstanding Brexit, it plans to roll out much of MiFID II to catch AIFMs as well as the advisory firms and the segregated discretionary portfolio managers who are automatically within scope.

This seminar will highlight the most important ways Private Equity firms will be affected, what may catch you unawares and the practical steps you need to take now to prepare for implementation.
