(21 September, 2017) LONDON – Margaret Campbell, Partner and Chair of Reed Smith’s Women’s Initiative Network for EMEA has been shortlisted as Mentor of the Year in the Women of the Future Awards 2017.
As Chair of the Women’s Initiative network Margaret has transformed how women are supported, evaluated and promoted at Reed Smith. She has organised many innovative programmes over the years on career development and sponsored many women at the firm to attend educational seminars and networking events which are specific to their developmental needs.
Margaret’s mentoring programme at the firm is not limited to employees, but is also available to clients and students. She has worked with individual women and firm leaders to identify high potential women at all levels, and advocated for targeted resources to support their specific career needs.
