(November 15, 2017) – Reed Smith LLP represented global investment servicing company Cortland Capital Market Services LLC, headquartered in Chicago, in connection with its pending sale to Luxembourg-based Alter Domus Group, a leading provider of fund administration and corporate services.
The transaction will allow Cortland to expand its fund administration and loan services businesses into Europe, while providing existing clients with additional services and product offerings through the Alter Domus Group platform.
The New York-based Reed Smith team was led by Partner Jared A. Hershberg and included associates Anatoliy Rozental, Lowell P. Bourgeois and Sophie Ha.
