FRANKFURT – Global law firm Reed Smith has advised All Seas Capital Fund I (All Seas Capital) on the acquisition of a significant minority stake in Zimmer MedizinSysteme GmbH (Zimmer Group).

Reed Smith provided legal advice on All Seas Capital's investment in Zimmer Group across the areas of corporate/M&A, tax, finance, IP, real estate, employment, regulatory/pharma and regulatory/antitrust as well as tech & data and foreign trade law.

The Reed Smith team was led by Frankfurt office managing partner Dr. Octávio de Sousa with support from partners Andreas Jürgens (corporate/M&A), Dr. Martin Bünning (tax), Dr. Anette Gärtner (IP), Harald Heller (real estate), Christian Leuthner (data protection), Wim Vandenberghe (regulatory/pharma/MedTec), Christian Filippitsch (regulatory/antitrust) and Michaela Westrup (regulatory/foreign trade law).
