FRANKFURT – Global law firm Reed Smith has advised All Seas Capital Fund I (All Seas Capital) on the acquisition of a significant minority stake in Zimmer MedizinSysteme GmbH (Zimmer Group).

Reed Smith provided legal advice on All Seas Capital's investment in Zimmer Group across the areas of corporate/M&A, tax, finance, IP, real estate, employment, regulatory/pharma and regulatory/antitrust as well as tech & data and foreign trade law.
